Cross Border Rental must be confirmed with the rental agent at the pick-up of the car.
The car rental company will issue an empowerment to travel in the specified countries.
Travelling in other countries (except in the allowed countries) will result in losing the insurance coverage and the customers will be fully responsible for the entire value of the car during the rental.

For Cross Border Rentals a fee of 12.40 euro/rental day/ maximum 150 euro/rental will apply (including VAT tax).

取消及失約政策
對於全額預付或已支付部分金額的預訂，有甚麼取消政策？
1 - 如在取車前 48 小時取消，將獲全額退款。
2 - 如在不足 48 小時前提早取消，全額預付者將獲扣減 HKD1014 的退款。如網上付款不足 HKD1014，將不會就您的租車預訂退款。
3 - 如在取車前不足 48 小時預訂，取消政策將自動應用到您的預訂。
4 - 所有的取消都應在預定的取車時間之前通過網上「管理預訂」頁面進行，而非聯繫租車供應商處理。
5 - 您可最遲在取車前 48 個小時更改您的預訂，且無須支付任何額外費用，然而，可能需要支付當時價格的費用。如果您在取車前 48 個小時內更改您的預訂，則會將您現已支付的金額轉移至您的新預訂，並扣除 HKD549.00 延遲更改費用。如果您支付的費用少於 HKD549.00，任何金額都不會轉移至您的新預訂。
6 - 如果在取車前 48 個小時內更改預訂，您將須支付取消費用 HKD1014。如果您支付的費用少於 HKD1014，則不會向您收取多於您現時支付的金額。
如果您已經購買我們的損壞退款保險產品，但又決定取消您的租車預訂，損壞退款保險將會自動取消。
如果您想修改或重新安排預訂，則首先要取消損壞退款保險。然後我們會自動為您的新預訂建立新政策。
在這兩種情況下，您網上預訂程序中提供的電郵地址，會收到一封確認取消預定的電郵。
請注意，如果您在協定租車時間前的 24 小時內取消保險保單，我們將不予退款。
何謂失約？
如出現以下事項，即代表「失約」：
1 - 取車時間前，並未針對您的取消決定通知我們。
2 - 您未能在已選定的約定時間和日期取車，而且未有在取車時間前通知我們的客戶服務團隊會發生延誤。
3 - 您因為航班延誤而遲到租車櫃台，而且您未有提供航班編號。
4 - 您未能提供取車所需的文件。
5 - 您未能提供主要司機名下有足夠額度的信用卡。
一旦發生上述任何事項，將不會退款。
如您未能帶同一切所需文件以及內有足夠資金作車輛訂金保障的信用卡準時到達，租車公司保留拒絕提供車輛的權利。如果您遲到租車櫃台，而且您未有在取車時間前聯絡我們的客戶服務團隊，或者您未有將要搭乘的航班編號添加至預訂中，我們無法保證能提供車輛。 在這種情況下，除非已在至少 48 前提早取消租車，否則您將不獲退款。
